Account Coordinator

The ideal Account Coordinator at Collected will be excited by the prospect of starting their career in a sophisticated and fast-paced environment and learning quickly about new companies and industries. They should be OK with working unpredictable hours and be adept at providing acute attention to detail to support the daily activities of client teams.

Responsibilities

  • Research, write and edit press releases, employee communications, social media posts and other stakeholder communications
  • Compile and deliver regular media monitoring reports across several clients, including sentiment analysis
  • Execute client- and industry-specific research assignments
  • Develop and update client- and situation-specific target media lists and industry conferences
  • Maintain overall account infrastructure, including calendar coordination, document management and related tasks
  • Become familiar with the broad media landscape, including outlets and reporters most relevant to Collected’s clients and their industries
  • Assist with the creation of client pitches

Experience and Skills

  • 0 to 2 years of professional experience
  • Excellent attention to detail in writing, editing and proofreading
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Interest in financial services, professional services, technology and/or B2B communications preferred
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads)
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Acrobat and Creative Suite preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Finance or related field

Salary Range

  • $75,000-$100,000
